The first Contact

The first Contact If you contact me, please do introduce yourself and tell about your intension's. Important to know is, That I ignore the 3 line e-mails! The first 4 weeks there will be no visitors aloud. I have the right to cancel a Option/Reservation/Purchase when the buyer is not honest and/or out of precaution for the kitten/breed. I must have it from the slide couple visits of the buyer, If this don't go well, I will excuse myself and decline.

I only sell kittens for breeding or as pets, not between. If you want a kitten with "Show quality" you can ask me -and I will use my best judgement, but will not guarantee that this kitten will grow up to be a successfully "Show Cat".

When the kittens leave us they are:

* From 12 weeks of age

* Registred in Fifé 

* Micro chipped

* Dewormed at least 2 times

* Vaccinated 2 times

* Checked by veterinarian 

This will come with your kitten;

Sales contract

Health Certificate from Veterinarian  For other country's the agreement will be signed before shipping. The full payment will be done before shipping

The price of the kitten does not include:

* The kittenbox

* Rabies and/or any other issue which is a part of the rules (depends on the country).

* Flight/travel cost  

Conditions for pet/show-lovers..

* This kitty is not for breeding, you agree that this kitty must be spayed/neutered

Before delivering...

Conditions for breeders

*This kitty must be presented with the real name and my catteryname everywhere  

* This kitty is aloud to breed with at a responsible way (read the rules of your catfancier).

* The cat will be used only after regular frequence of recommended examinations

* GunBertus kittens may only be bred with another registered Ragdoll cat and the offspring will  be sold only as registered kittens.

* A kitten sold to another country: No direct offspring will be sold back to Sweden.  

Females

* The cat will be used only after regular frequence of recommended examinations

* You are not aloud to sell male kittens for breeding after this female in Sweden.

Males

* male sold with breed intentions is for you because I trust you. I agree if you will let other breeder who you trust on, lean the male for a few times,but then there are some conditions: They can sell only females for breeding and if they want to keep males, they can keep just one and this male will not be for studservice

Conditions in both agreements

You do not cage the cat.

You will take care of the yearly vaccination.

You will not let the cat go freely outside without supervision.

You will not declaw the cat or put them true other physical or mental pain.

You will treat the cat as a family member and will not lock him up or let him be devoid of cats, Animals or human attention

You give the cat all medical care when he is ill and help the cat in every way that is possible to make her/ him well again.

This kitty will live with you and you only, and if you can' take care of a GunBertus cat anymore, he/she will immediately return to me.

The cat will not be sold to others without my written permission and signature.

You will keep me informed about the cat.

You provide information and the opportunity to visit the cat.

These are general conditions for buying one of my kittens. The contract will be more detailed and will be written in a more legal way. The contract will be written in Swedish or English.

Options & Reservations

Finding a kitten of your wish can be hard, therefore we give 3 ways for you to have a GunBertus Kitten:

1. "Option" This means you can have a "Option" on a kitten for max 5 days. This kitten will still be available for others, but you will be informed and will be given the choice at the moment that some one else ask me for this kitty. If you decide to want this kitty, than the "reservation fee" will be a.s.a.p.

2. "Reservation" You will pay a non-refundable deposit whitin 5 days, than this kitten will be hold for you only. This ensures that the kitten will not be sold to some one else.

3. "Sold" Sold means when the full amount has bin received. This will be before the kitten reach the age of 12 weeks, max. For other country's the agreement will be signed before shipping. The full payment will be done before .
